Employees

Prior to starting a position with Messina Group, all employees must visit Messina Group’s online applicant portal (the secure link is provided by your Recruiter) to create your employee profile and complete all of the required paperwork under the “E-Documents” tab. After your employee profile is created, you enter the online portal through this link to enter your daily hours worked. Once you submit your weekly hours, your supervisor will review and approve them. Payroll is processed weekly for our staffing employees.

Clients

All of Messina’s clients utilize the online portal to access, review and approve the hours logged for each of the staffing employees assigned by Messina.
